FOXSEN Powder Coating Services
Our electrostatic powder coating process involves applying a charged powder to a grounded metal surface using a high-voltage electric field. The powder adheres to the surface and is then cured to form a dense, attractive, and durable coating.
Process Flow:
Pre-treatment: The sheet metal surface is cleaned, degreased, and phosphated to ensure a clean surface and enhance adhesion.
Spraying: The powder is charged by a high-voltage electric field and is attracted to the grounded metal workpiece, forming a uniform powder layer.
Curing: The workpiece is placed in a high-temperature curing oven where the powder melts and cross-links to form a dense coating.
